Where do you ship?

We ship everywhere in the Benelux. Do you want to ship elsewhere please get in contact with us.

Presales and shipment

For items purchased during the presales period the delivery will be done when the presales period has ended, we will inform you in time about the delivery.

How long does an order take to arrive? 

Standard shipping (not during presales!) takes about 2 to 3 business days in the Benelux when the items are in stock, during the regular season. In December and June, shipping times may take longer. When you're item is shipped you will get a tracking link where you can track your package.

Can I track my order?

You can track your order easily and conveniently once your item has been dispatched. You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation that contains logistics partner’s logo. Click on it. A link will automatically open in your browser showing exactly where your package is If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. Contact us through the contact page or send us a mail.

What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

Our staff and logistics partners do everything to make sure that your receive your items quickly and undamaged. Unfortunately exceptions cannot be ruled out even when you’re being really careful. So what should you do if use use the tracking link and notice a problem? Get in contact with us through the contact page

Return of goods

What items are eligible for return?

Items, that were not yet linked to your blockchain accompanying personal profile, are eligible for return within 14 days of their delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, and they must be unwashed and unworn. Of course, if an item arrives in a damaged state, notify us immediately and you will be refunded the entire cost of the item.

How much is the return shipping fee? 

Returns are free when you use our prepaid return shipping label. Simply send the item in the original package, affix the return label, and send it back to us.

I received an item as a gift? Can I return it?

Gifts must be accompanied by a gift receipt in order to be eligible for a refund. They’ll be treated as a regular return, and you’ll receive a gift card for their current selling price. Note that gifts can be returned within 28 of the date on which they were purchased.

Very important!

Make sure you keep the delivery receipt until you have received a return confirmation from us. This receipt is proof of your return.
